At Smokin' Oak Wood-Fired Pizza, we're crazy about one thing: wood-fired pizzas. From our the classic flavors of our Italian Stallion to the fantastic combination of Prosciutto, goat cheese, and spinach on our San Marino, we pride ourselves on using fresh ingredients and specialty dough to make pizzas unlike any other!

The secret to our delicious flavors is our commitment to quality ingredients. We hand-chop our vegetables throughout the day, roast our own meats, and make batches of our signature dough in-house every morning! Our tomato sauce is prepared during the day using crushed tomatoes, you can taste the difference that it makes! In fact, there's not even a freezer in our building!

In addition to our top-notch ingredients, we use specialty wood-fired pizza ovens to make all of our pizzas. These ovens are designed to cook pizzas at high temperatures so that they are done quickly! This means that you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients while also getting a perfect crust!

ABOUT US


A lot goes into our “simple rule” of no bad pizza. We only use fresh ingredients. We hand chop our veggies throughout the day. We roast our own meats in the wood-fired oven. We make our own dough in-house. We’re so fresh, we don’t even have a freezer!

Of course, at the heart of our restaurants is our wood-fired oven, which bakes pizzas at 900 degrees. We also have a great selection of starters, salads and desserts. We’re passionate about what we do, and we hope you find joy in our passion.
