While Mazda doesn't have any new models announced for 2021, drivers can expect their lineup to look even more premium next year. In addition to new Carbon Editions and innovative new Signature trims on select models, it seems that the smaller Mazdas will be some pretty big upgrades.

Mazda fans can look forward to a turbocharged engine finally returning to the 2021 Mazda3 compact sedan. In addition, the CX-30 will be getting the same turbocharged engine as the Mazda3, bringing turbo to an even wider range of Mazda's lineup.

In addition, 2021 Mazda models will feature more convenience and safety features as standard inclusions, including enhanced 8.8-inch display screens, automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams, active land control, and compatibility with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

New Carbon Edition trims will offer a darker profile option on the CX-5 and CX-9 crossover SUVs, along with the 2021 Mazda6 sedan. This trim features a gray body with black alloy wheels and a rich red leather interior with contrasting black stitching.
