This delicious dish features a homemade samosa--full of fresh potatoes, onions, peas, and yellow curry--wrapped in a delicious Thai roti puff! Each dish also features a fresh cucumber salad. While this dish is completely vegetarian, you certainly don't have to be one to enjoy it!
