Volunteerism At Alpine Bank
Contributing To Community Vibrancy
Community investment and volunteerism are at the heart of all we do at Alpine Bank. And even as our footprint now spans much of the state-from the Western Slope to the Front Range-the same core business and community practices that resonate in Delta also ring true in Denver, just as they do from Frisco to Fruita.
Early on, service to our communities was identified as central to Alpine Bank’s mission. The causes and organizations that are supported with volunteer time and talent are as diverse and unique as each of the 600+ employees at Alpine Bank.
Whether it’s ringing the bell for Salvation Army, coaching soccer, building a Habitat home, helping in the classroom or serving on a nonprofit board of directors, each of the employees of Alpine Bank is compensated for three full workdays, or 24 hours, of volunteer time each year.

Our Core Values
Integrity • Independence • Community • Compassion • Loyalty
Employee-owned and locally operated, Alpine Bank has been a part of Colorado since 1973. With 39 convenient locations, most recently including the bank’s first Front Range branches in Denver’s Union Station, Cherry Creek North, and Denver Tech Center neighborhoods, Alpine Bank serves more than 135,000 customers with personal, business, wealth management1, mortgage, and electronic banking services. While we are a growing company, we’re also forever committed to remaining the true community bank we’ve always been.
At Alpine Bank, the employees and the culture make the difference. Many of our employees and managers have been with Alpine Bank for 10 years or longer. This dedication allows us to build long-term community and customer relationships — in fact, many of our original Board of Directors still serve, including Alpine Bank Founder and Chairman Bob Young.
Because we are not a national banking chain, our size and streamlined organizational structure provide us the ability to make local decisions promptly.
We have a strong sense of social and environmental responsibility that affects all areas of our operation at Alpine Bank. Our commitment to the communities we serve is substantial, and our employees give generously of their time and talents.
Alpine Bank is pleased to announce the addition of our Denver Tech Center (DTC) location. Located in the new One DTC West building, 4949 South Niagra Street, Denver.
Our newest Front Range location will allow us to serve the neighborhoods in the south Denver metro region. For the past 45 years, Alpine Bank has built strong personal and business banking relationships across Colorado. Our full-service branch in the DTC will enhance our existing front range locations in Union Station and Cherry Creek North.
