For over 50 years the Piper Inn has been a friendly neighborhood bar. The Piper Inn opened during a time when rural farmers from the now Denver and Aurora area rode their horses to the bar. The hitching post was located near what is now the carwash meanwhile planes used to land at a dirt airstrip across the way; hence the name Piper Inn.

The Piper Inn has been a mainstay and is considered by many to be a historical landmark. After being through many area developments it still attracts people from all walks of life. Bikers, softball teams, and an eclectic mix including grandmothers are among the many who come to enjoy the famous Asian Hot Wings as well as the friendly service.
