Appaloosa Grill a.k.a “The Horse” is an American/World traditional restaurant and live music venue on the 16th Street Mall in the downtown Denver business district. Appaloosa Grill is proud to serve fresh, high quality all natural proteins and uses organic produce when and wherever possible. Everything is made from scratch, right down to the ketchup! Chef Francisco Quintana has created a menu that features a wide variety of comfort foods as well as a large selection of vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options. The Grill boasts two happy hours daily and the kitchen is open until 1:30am nightly.
